• We reserve the right to verify and approve listings before publication

Any false, misleading, or unauthorized submissions may be removed without refund.

3. Pricing & Payments

• All listing fees are one-time and non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• The listing fee includes visibility on the site and features such as WhatsApp chat, Instagram embed, Google Map link, and more
• Your renewal price is locked at the rate active during your first listing phase

We reserve the right to revise prices at any time for new listings.

4. Listing Edits & Updates

You may request edits to your business page by contacting our support team. Edits will be processed after verification. We may decline requests if the content violates our policies or quality standards.

5. Prohibited Content

You agree not to list or promote:

• Illegal businesses or services
• Hate speech, violence, or misleading claims
• Adult content, gambling, or fraudulent schemes
• Copyrighted material, logos, or brand names without permission

We reserve the right to remove any listing or content that violates these terms.

6. Media & Branding

Images, videos, and social media embeds used on business pages are provided by business owners or are publicly available embeds (e.g., Instagram, YouTube). GoanLane.com is not liable for copyright or brand violations — responsibility lies with the listing party.

7. Website Availability

While we strive for uninterrupted access, we do not guarantee error-free operation. The site may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues.
